In the OYP Sessions, you will…

Power is life force energy. Everyone has it and there are many ways to express it in the world. The problem is that many people are disconnected and unaware of their powers, let alone how powerful they are. Many people live life giving their power away. There are many ways that we give our power away. Giving our power away is often subtle. Doing so diminishes our self-expression and the quality of our life. To experience the things that you desire in your life, you must be connected to and owning your power.
Examples of giving your power away:
Self-sacrifice. Codependency. People pleasing. Hyper-responsibility. Hyper-independence. Judgement. Shame. Guilt. Idolizing others. Victim consciousness. Being the hero. Addiction. Limiting Beliefs. Self-denial. Imposter syndrome.
The Own Your Power (OYP) program offers an opportunity to transform your relationship with your power and learn how to own your power with practical solutions and exercises. Owning your power will improve the quality of your life. This is something that everyone can do. If you are someone who gives your power away, this work is for you.
The OYP program takes anywhere from 10 - 20 sessions, that are 1 hour each. The number of sessions required to complete the program is dependent on the amount of processing and unpacking that we need to do as we navigate the things you struggle with and the ways you are giving your power away. Sessions can be scheduled back to back or spaced out over a period of time. Book your first session by clicking the button below. The remainder of your sessions can be scheduled at your first appointment.
At the end of the last session, you will receive an email with the details of your sessions as well as a plan showing you how to own your power. This will allow you to have your OYP plan with you at all times. When you find yourself giving your power away, you will have a reference point to see what it is that you need to do in that particular situation to own your power and transform that moment.
