Meditation
Retreat
Olympia, Washington
April 27 - May 1, 2027
Meditation is easier
than you think.
Meditation is more than just sitting in silence and trying to make your mind not have thoughts. In fact, that is a common misconception and is not what meditation actually is. The ultimate mastery of meditation should be to bring that energy into everything you do throughout your day.
On this retreat, you will learn how to bring the energy of meditation into every area of your life. The benefit of this is a more present and peaceful life.
The state of consciousness that you navigate each day and experience with determines how those experiences will impact you. You can’t always control what is happening around you, but you do have the power to maintain your center. Meditation is the key to you staying grounded and not getting pulled into the storm.
What you learn on this retreat will give you a path to a more empowered life.
No previous meditation experience is required to attend this retreat. All experience levels are welcome and will benefit from what you learn on this retreat.
