This year seems to be starting off with a bit of chaos for the one doing it. It really is easy to get caught up in the political or even societal noise of it all. But I want to offer you a reminder… that it is all temporary. No matter how disruptive or distracting it feels in the moment, this too shall pass. Always.

Throughout the course of humanity, we have been faced with things that seem overwhelming in the moment. But if you zoom out and look at it from a higher vantage point, it’s not the entire narrative of our lives. It’s simply a small moment in time.

Connection to what is always operating, we can’t lose it. We can shift our focus in ways that support our well-being and our ability to move forward with more ease and less resistance. This is the work we are being invited into.

Living with intention gives us an opportunity to start seeing more clearly. When we are clear, we can make choices that align with our truth and not get swept up in the noise.

As we continue to move through what is happening, we are being asked to go inward. To reconnect. To trust ourselves and our knowing.

You are exactly where you are meant to be. There is nothing wrong with you. Nothing broken. Just a deeper layer of your awareness unfolding.

With that being said, if you have experienced trauma in your life or feel disconnected from yourself, there are tools and practices available to support you in your healing. You don’t have to do this alone.
