How to Use the Law Of Attraction for Healing
.
Have you ever wondered why you were born to the family you were?
The answer is vibrational alignment. Think, Law of Attraction.
Have you heard people say things like:
“You attracted or chose your parents.”
“You created the things happening to you so that you could learn lessons.”
“You manifested that happening to you.”
Now, imagine me right now rolling my eyes big time.
When people say things like this, they are referencing the Law of Attraction. The problem is that these statements are overgeneralized and lacking nuance, which can lead a person to miss the actual point.
Maybe before we incarnate into this lifetime our soul decides the THEMES of this current life and what we want to learn and heal. What we do not do is specifically lay out all of the details of how that is going to happen. This would be a very limiting way to live life.
We do not consciously choose to learn about life through pain.
With that being said, it is possible that you could have limiting beliefs carried over from previous lifetimes connected to traumas that are still unhealed, where you may have said things like:
“I deserve pain” | “I have no power” | “I cannot trust myself with others” | “I am unlovable”
It is possible these beliefs could have been in response to something that happened that you blamed yourself for and have not forgiven yourself. These beliefs could have been created as a subconscious form of self-punishment born out of your guilt from that lifetime. I have seen this many times in sessions with clients. Keep reading for a personal example on this.
To be clear, vibrational alignment does not only happen with our fears, limiting beliefs, and unhealed parts. It also happens with our gifts, abilities, purpose and empowering beliefs. It is not only pain based. It also light based.
Before your soul incarnated, you did not say, “I am going to choose these parents that are going to mentally, emotionally, physically, and/or sexually abuse me so that I can learn what my soul needs to learn in this lifetime.”
What actually happens is that your soul’s consciousness was born to parents who are in some way in vibrational alignment with your consciousness, whether that be pain/fear or light/Love based. This also includes other family members, peers, where you grow up and the things that happen to you.
For example: my core wound in this lifetime is abandonment. I experienced physical abandonment with my mother leaving when I was a small child. I also experienced it with my father mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Synchronistically, they both had abandonment wounds from growing up not knowing their biological fathers.
Throughout the years of my healing journey, including Past Life Regression Therapy, I have learned that my abandonment wounds go back 2,500 years to a lifetime in Greece where I was a father and a husband living in poverty. I stole food for my family, got caught, taken to jail and died two months later having never seen my wife or children again.
Through Past Life Regression Therapy, I was able to see how guilty I felt from dying and leaving my family behind. I believed they must have felt abandoned by me. At that time, I believed that I did the wrong thing and it was my fault. I judged, shamed, wronged and blamed myself for this instead of forgiving myself.
Judging, shaming, wronging and blaming ourselves is what turns these types of experiences into wounds. Whereas, if we instead chose to have compassion, empathy and understanding for ourselves, a wound would not have been created.
As I was dying, I said to myself, “I deserve to be abandoned.”
After that life, I started abandoning myself, lifetime after lifetime after lifetime, as I carried that belief that I deserved to be abandoned in my consciousness.
That limiting belief and those self-abandoning actions were the energy flowing from me, out into the Universe and eventually started bringing me into alignment with others who abandoned me.
When you have cycles and patterns of pain and trauma that keep repeating, you can know that there is something in your consciousness that keeps bringing you into alignment with those people and circumstances. This perspective is meant to empower you because you can do something about what is happening inside of you but you do not have control over who others are being. Focus on transforming you rather than others.
After the many past life regressions that I experienced personally, I eventually realized that I was the only common denominator in this pattern of being abandonded. Once I saw that, I realized there was something in me continuously bringing me into alignment with all of those lifetimes where I was being abandoned.
When I asked Spirit how to identify what that something was, they told me to ask myself the question, “What is this experience reflecting back to me about my relationship with myself?” This is the question that I still use to this day when I am trying to understand how I keep aligning with repetitive patterns and cycles.
It all started with me abandoning myself which was completely subconscious and not something I had awareness of. It was an automatic response to the pain and guilt that I carried within me from that lifetime in Greece. This subconscious response happens in us far more often than you may realize.
To heal from this lifetime, forgiveness was the key as it is in most, if not all, healing. At the root, I recognized that self-forgiveness was the key.
It was less about forgiving myself for stealing the food and going to jail. I only did what I could considering the circumstances of that life. There was no malicious intent of harm. Compassion, empathy and understanding is what I needed to give myself, not the judging, shaming, wronging and blaming.
Healing at the core was about forgiving myself for judging, shaming, wronging and blaming myself for what happened in that life.

As a Spiritual Healer who guides clients through Past Life Regression Therapy, I have seen many times just how deep these wounds from past lives can go and how long we can carry them. We often have no idea that we are even carrying them and that they are shaping the lives we are living, surviving or even suffering through.
May this be a reminder for you that healing is possible. If you feel like you have done a lot of healing but the patterns and cycles are still repeating or you are still struggling, maybe that is a signal that deeper healing in your consciousness is needed.
It is time for you to uncover the root cause of what is bringing you into vibrational alignment with your patterns of suffering and struggle.
I encourage you to hang onto the knowing that healing is possible for you. You have eternity to get it all worked out. It does not all have to happen in this one lifetime. Breathe.
You got this, babes!

Past Life Regression
We carry karmic energy throughout our lifetimes that is a product of the traumas we have experienced in previous lifetimes. These karmic ties can impact our behaviors and how we respond or react to life.
